  • Mannanase is a high-yielding strain screened by Aspergillus Niger and refined by liquid submerged fermentation. Mannan is an important component of plant hemicellulose.
  • It is a linear polymer linked by β-1,4-D-mannose. The side chains of polysaccharides mainly contain glucosyl, acetyl and hemicellulose. Substituent groups such as lactosyl.
  • β-galactomannan and β-glucomannan are components of the cell walls of leguminous plants (such as soybean meal and rapeseed meal), and their content is higher in feeds containing soybean meal.
  • Adding the product to the feed can degrade the anti-nutritional factors in the feed, increase the use of unconventional raw materials, reduce the cost of feed, and improve the performance of livestock and poultry.
Features
  • The optimal pH of mannanase is 4.0, which has high enzyme activity characteristics in the range of pH3.0-7.0, and can play a good enzymatic effect in the intestinal tract.
  • After being mixed with the feed, the enzyme activity can still retain a high level at 75℃-90℃ for 5 minutes at a temperature of 75℃-90℃, indicating that the product has excellent stability under high temperature conditions. Has little effect.
